Climb outside for the first time

So you’ve been pulling on plastic for a while or maybe tried it a long time ago and fancy doing it again? Perhaps you just feel like doing something new?

Whatever the reason, climbing outside in and around the quarries, crags, cliffs and mountains of the UK is a hugely enjoyable thing to do.  Its a truly physical and mental challenge and one that is wholly engaging for its duration.  It offers the chance to focus entirely on the moment and what you are doing in it.

We will arrange to meet at an agreed location such as parking facilities, cafe etc. and travel together where possible to minimise environmental impact.  All equipment will be provided.  Available as a half or full day.  In some locations its possible to spend a full day over two venues to give two different climbing experiences.  We may even throw in an abseil as well. Contact us to find out more.

Typical venues include:

Scout Crag or Head End Quarry – Cumbria, Twistleton Scar – Yorkshire Dales, Troy Quarry – Lancashire
