Climb England’s highest mountain.

Scafell Pike, Wasdale, Cumbria.

One of the most stunning valleys in the country and a good mountain day whichever route you choose!

Scafell Pike is 978m above sea level and has multiple recognised ascent paths from all directions.  Which we one we choose is down to you and your logistics, timings etc.  My favorite would be from the Borrowdale Valley, up to Styhead then along the Corridor Route.

On a clear day you can see Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the Isle of Man!*  (*please note, this is England and the Lake District – a clear day is not guaranteed!)  It is a stunning mountain and a challenging day from which ever direction you choose.
