Climbing is a wholly engaging sport – both physically and mentally testing it requires complete focus on the moment. It’s a great way to de-stress!
We can meet at a local wall (and may do that in poor weather anyway) or parking/cafe spot to travel together where possible to the crag or quarry we are going to use. All safety equipment will be provided. Whether it is an introduction to climbing outside, or climbing as a whole, or looking at technique we will spend the session doing as much climbing as possible and getting you comfortably and safely up and down the rock face.
